In May 2006, a dedicated group of local oncologists, researchers, and compassionate community members came together with a shared purpose: to better support cancer patients and their families across North Alabama.
From that meeting, Russel Hill Cancer Foundation was born.
Rooted in the belief of live local, give local, every dollar entrusted to the Foundation stays right here at home–directly supporting cancer patients in North Alabama. Today, we are proud to invest in vital patient support programs that bring relief and hope to those facing a cancer diagnosis.
Since our founding, no eligible patient has ever been turned away due to lack of funds. This is made possible by the unwavering generosity of our community and donors.
Together, we are making a difference in the lives of those facing cancer.
