The Caring House at Hospice Family Care has bereavement support groups for children, teens, and adults. The groups meet at several different locations and times.
The Sanda J. Bryant Breast Cancer Support Group, better known as “Bosom Buddies” meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm in the East Room at Clearview Cancer Institute (3rd Floor, Russel Hill location). Each month, our group will give you the support you need, and provide the latest information about breast cancer from physicians and healthcare specialists. Join us for education, fun, and refreshments!

Cancer survivors and their families meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Community Room at Clearview Cancer Institute (2nd Floor, Russel Hill location). This group provides a warm and loving environment to all that attend. Join us for fun, fellowship, and food.
An ovarian cancer support group that offers education and support to ovarian cancer patients, survivors, and their families. Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm in the Community Room at Clearview Cancer Institute(2nd Floor, Russel Hill location).
Provides support and encouragement to newly diagnosed patients, survivors, family members, and friends. Survivors discuss their situations, experiences, coping strategies, and hopes. Educational programs will also be presented at some meetings. This group meets the 1st Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Board Room at Clearview Canrer Institute (3rd Floor, Russel Hill Location).
A support group for women affected by breast cancer, this group meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 pm at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
Pink Sisters is a support group organized by breast cancer survivors in Decatur, Alabama. Whether you are newly diagnosed, still going through treatment, past treatment, and trying to find your new “normal”, or a long-term survivor, all are welcome to attend! Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
